  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 c onions, chopped
  • 1 c water
  • 2 1/2 c potatoes, diced
  • 1 c carrots, sliced
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 c (12 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp flour

Directions

    Fry bacon, add onions - brown until bacon is crisp.

    Stir in water, potatoes, carrots and bouillon.

    Simmer until potatoes are tender.

    Stir in milk, corn, and pepper and heat until simmering.
