  • 100 ml port wine
  • 100 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 raspberries
  • 2 mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

    Put the port, juice and raspberries in a blender and whiz for a few seconds.

    Strain to remove the raspberry seeds.

    Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
