Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Add cracker crumbs, pineapple, coconut and baking powder; mix well.

    Then add nuts.

    Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°.
