- 1 12 lbs jonathan apples or 1 12 lbs mcintosh apples, peeled, cored, sliced
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon water
- 13 ounce Splenda sugar substitute
- 5 ounces canned unsweetened blackberries, drained (in fruit juice)
- 13 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Directions

1Place apples, water, and Splenda in a saucepan.

2Cover and simmer until soft.

3Allow to cool.

4Meanwhile, puree the blackberries in a blender or food processor.

5Filter through a sieve.

6Puree the cooled apple mixture.

7Add to the blackberries and fold in the yogurt.

8Spoon into glass bowl and chill before serving.
