- 1 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. basil
Directions

1Brown meat; drain fat.

2Add onion and brown slightly.

5Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
