  • 1/2 ounces, fluid London Dry Gin
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Creme De Hibiscus (Traditionally, Creme De Violette)
  • 1 Brandied Cherry (For Garnish)

Directions

    Add all ingredients (except cherry) into a cocktail shaker, put the lid on and shake. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

    Note: Some say you can make an aviation without the Creme de Violette (or in our case, Hibiscus) at all so if you're all out of floral liqueurs, go for it.
