  • 1 lemon juice only
  • 1 garlic crushed
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • light sour cream for garnish

Directions

    Place all ingredients except sour cream in the food processor, process until smooth.

    Place in a large bowl, cover and chill.
