- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. minced or grated onion
- 3 or 4 grated carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Peel and mash avocado.

2Add lemon juice and salt with chopped parsley.

3Form into small balls and roll in grated carrots.
