- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 c. tomatoes, diced and drained
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. French dressing
- watercress or lettuce
- sweet onion
Directions

1Cook peas according to directions on package; drain and cool. Add celery, tomatoes and French dressing.

2Toss lightly and serve on watercress or lettuce with a garnish of onion rings.
