  • 1 pkg. frozen black-eyed peas
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 c. tomatoes, diced and drained
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. French dressing
  • watercress or lettuce
  • sweet onion

Directions

    Cook peas according to directions on package; drain and cool. Add celery, tomatoes and French dressing.

    Toss lightly and serve on watercress or lettuce with a garnish of onion rings.
