- 12 lb frozen corn
- 2 14 ounces black olives, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 12 small onion, chopped
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 2 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 12 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Mix corn, olives, red pepper, and onions.
