  • 12 lb frozen corn
  • 2 14 ounces black olives, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 12 small onion, chopped
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 12 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon salt
