  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 14 cup sugar
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Halve avocados and remove seeds.

    Peel avocados and slice into blender with lemon juice and sugar.

    Blend until smooth.

    Put in dessert dishes and top with 1 tbsp whipped cream.
