  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1/4 cup brine from a pickle jar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • green chili optional

Directions

    Peel the avocado and place in a small bowl. Add the brine and use a hand mixer to puree. Add the pepper flakes, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the green chili if desired.
