  • 1/2 cups Skim Milk
  • 1/2 whole Small Avocado
  • 1/4 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (half A Small Lemon)
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Onion
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Tarragon
  • 2 Anchovy Filets
  • 1 clove Garlic

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If your blender sucks (like mine), chop the herbs and anchovies before blending.

    Toss with your favorite greens or use as a dip for crudites.
