- 15 ounces, weight Canned Chick Peas, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Ripe Avocado, Pitted And Peeled
- 13 cups Cilantro Leaves, Loosely Packed
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
Directions

1Add chickpeas, avocado, cilantro, garlic, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and lime juice to the bowl of a food processor.

2Begin processing on low speed.

3While processing, slowly add the olive oil.

4Process on high speed until smooth and creamy and no chunks remain.

5You may have to stop to scrape down the sides and continue processing.

6Once the avocado hummus has a smooth consistency, transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
