  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 qt. soy milk or nondairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Peel avocado and blend in blender with other ingredients until smooth.

    Put into electric ice cream maker and freeze as directions per freezer directions.
