- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 14 teaspoon salt
- vegetarian bacon bits (Optional & as much as you like)
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 avocados

2Prepare as a regular omelet.

3Add avocado slices inside.

5In a medium skillet cook onions, tomatoes, salt, papper, chili pepper in butter.

6Simmer several minutes under onion is tender.

8Peel avocades and reserve some slices for garnish.
