  • 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 2 avocados, peeled and diced

Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well.

    Cover and chill. Just before serving, add avocado and toss gently.

    Serve with chips, chicken or seafood.

    Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
