Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 dashes alfalfa

Directions

    Slit croissant into two even pieces.

    Top one slice of croissant with American and Swiss cheese and pop into microwave or oven to melt.

    Spread mustard and mayonnaise over the second slice.

    Layer this slice with cucumber, tomato, avocado and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

    Add the alfalfa last.

    Finish by putting slice of croissant with melted cheese on top.
