  • 2 avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 34 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons basil, fresh chopped
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Pocess avocado and half and half in food processor or blender.

    Stop to scrape down sides as needed.

    Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat and saute garlic.

    Add avocado mixture and cook, stirring often until thoroughly heated.

    Stir in basil, salt and pepper.

    Serve as a dip or as a sauce over fish or chicken.
