- 2 avocados, peeled and cubed
- 34 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons basil, fresh chopped
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Pocess avocado and half and half in food processor or blender.

2Stop to scrape down sides as needed.

3Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat and saute garlic.

4Add avocado mixture and cook, stirring often until thoroughly heated.

5Stir in basil, salt and pepper.

6Serve as a dip or as a sauce over fish or chicken.
