- 2 onions, diced
- garlic (powder or cloves)
- oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Put into casserole.

3Make gravy.

4Can add bouillon cubes for flavor.

5Pour over meat and add Burgundy wine. Put in oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325°.

6One hour before serving, add mushrooms and some more Burgundy wine.

7Serve over rice or wide noodles.
