  • 1 whole Avocado Seed (You Will Use 1 Tablespoon Powder Per Serving)
  • 1/2 whole Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 whole Scoop Of Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Kale Or Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut

    For the avocado seed powder:

    Dehydrate seed at 400°F for 90 minutes. Peel and cut seed into small pieces. Using a food processor, grind the seed into a powder.

    Blend banana, almond milk, and protein powder. Add kale or spinach and avocado seed powder. Blend until combined.
