- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 large avocados, cut up
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions

1Place 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender or food processor.

2Cover and blend on medium speed, or process, until smooth.

3Stir remaining broth into avocado mixture.

4Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
