- 1 lb Brussels sprout
- 1/8 cup butter
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Clean sprouts by peeling off any dark, dry, and discolored leaves. Cut off the stubby bottom stem. Rinse in cold water. While wet microwave on high for about 3 minutes, till fork tender.

2In fring pan on medium heat, add butter and sprouts. Turn every couple of minutes until the sprouts are mostly browned. Can even look a little burned.

3Add salt, pepper and serve.
