Awesomely Easy Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk - 14-ounce Can
- 2- 1/2 cups Oatmeal (quick Or Rolled Oats)
- 1 cup Unsweeted Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 cups Dried Apricots
- 1 cup Raisins Or Dried Cranberries (you Decide!)
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cups Milled Flax Seed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2Warm condensed milk in microwave (optional I never do this).

3Mix all dry ingredients together; add condensed milk and fold together with spatula.

4Spread mixture into a greased 13x9 pan.

5Press lightly with hand or spatula.

6Bake 1 hour remove and let cool 3 minutes.

7Cut into bars.

8When completely cooled, wrap bars for goodness on the go!

9Other awesome combos = chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and cashews; butterscotch chips and sunflower seeds.
