  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • red food coloring
  • strawberries
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients.

    Cook until it starts to thicken.

    Take off heat and add strawberry jello and red food coloring.

    Pour over berries.

    Put in refrigerator.

    Cool.

    Serve with Cool Whip or whipping cream.
