- 2 ounces Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
- 1/2 ounce white balsamic vinegar
- 1 slice jalapeno
- 2 slice cucumber
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder, for rim
- Soda water
Directions

1Mix blueberry powder and salt, then rim glass.

2Muddle jalapeno, mint leaves and one slice of cucumber in a cocktail shaker.

3Add juice and vinegar, stir and pour into glass.

4Fill glass with ice and top with soda water.

5Garnish with other cucumber slice and mint leaf.
