Ingredients

  • 1 can whole baby corn, cut into pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 oz. grated Feta cheese
  • 1 envelope Sazon with coriander and annatto
  • 1 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning

Directions

    In a heavy skillet, stir-fry the baby corn with oil and butter. Add onion, green pepper and garlic, then add tomato and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

    Remove from heat and set aside.

    Put milk and cornstarch in a bowl and mix until smooth.

    Add to baby corn mixture and return to heat, stirring constantly.

    Add envelope of Sazon and chicken flavoring.

    Add sour cream and mix well, then the Feta cheese continuing to stir, mixing well.

    When it begins to boil, turn stove off and continue stirring for one minute.

    Let cool a few minutes and serve as a side dish or as desired. Delicious.
