- 200 gm (7 ounce) hazel nuts
- 3 x egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. drinking chocolate
- 10 x cream crackers chocolate, that can be melted
Directions

1The hazelnuts and crackers are to be crushed in the liquidizer.

2In the meantime mix the egg whites with sugar.

3Mix them well with the other ingredients.

4Heat the oven up to 200/400 degrees or possibly gas mark 5.

5Put the Baci Cake in the oven for about 25 min.

6Let it cold and then take it out from the dish and cover it with chocolate.
