Ingredients

  • 200 gm (7 ounce) hazel nuts
  • 3 x egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. drinking chocolate
  • 10 x cream crackers chocolate, that can be melted

    The hazelnuts and crackers are to be crushed in the liquidizer.

    In the meantime mix the egg whites with sugar.
  3. 3
    Mix them well with the other ingredients.

    Heat the oven up to 200/400 degrees or possibly gas mark 5.

    Put the Baci Cake in the oven for about 25 min.

    Let it cold and then take it out from the dish and cover it with chocolate.
