Ingredients
- 34 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 jar prune baby food
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3 cups oats (I used 1/2 quick and 1/2 old fashioned)
- 1 cup dried cranberries or 1 cup raisins
Directions

1Heat oven to 350*.

2Mix sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, prunes and vanilla.

3Combine all other ingredients with these.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

6Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.

7Cut into bars, store tightly covered.
