Ingredients

  • 34 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 jar prune baby food
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 3 cups oats (I used 1/2 quick and 1/2 old fashioned)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or 1 cup raisins

Directions

    Heat oven to 350*.

    Mix sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, prunes and vanilla.

    Combine all other ingredients with these.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

    Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.

    Cut into bars, store tightly covered.
