- 3/4 c. softened margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. bran flakes cereal
Directions

1Cream the margarine, sugar and honey; add eggs, vanilla and baking soda.

2Stir in oats, flour and milk powder; blend thoroughly.

3Add raisins and nuts.

4Fold in bran flakes.

5Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

6Flatten slightly.

7Bake 12 minutes until edges are slightly browned. These cookies freeze well, travel well and are so healthy you can feed them to the kids for breakfast.
