  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • paprika
