- 6 bacon slices
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- dash of salt and pepper
- English muffins
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons. Saute onions in bacon fat.

3Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings.

4Bake in an 8 x 8-inch dish for 20 minutes at 350°. Top with crumbled bacon and serve over muffin halves.
