  • 6 bacon slices
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • English muffins

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp.

    Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons. Saute onions in bacon fat.

    Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings.

    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch dish for 20 minutes at 350°. Top with crumbled bacon and serve over muffin halves.
