- 3 slices bread
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Fry bacon until lightly brown; dice.

2Brush bread with bacon drippings; cut in pieces.

3Put in casserole alternate layers of bread and bacon.

4Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

5Pour over bread.

6Set dish in pan of hot water.

7Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
