  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisply and crumbled
  • 6 to 8 red potatoes, scrubbed, boiled and cubed (do not peel)
  • Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch parsley, leaves chopped

    Fry the bacon crisp; drain and crumble.

    Scrub the red potatoes and boil until tender.

    Cube potatoes.

    Add bacon, mayonnaise and parsley; mix.
