French Toast Bundles

- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread or sourdough
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 4 slices Monterey cheese
- 1 egg, beaten or 1/2 c. eggnog
- strawberry preserves or powdered sugar
Directions

1Cut bread into 3/4-inch slices.

2Put a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon between the bread.

3Dip the bundles in the egg on both sides.

4Spray pan with Pam and heat over medium heat until hot.

5After Pam is hot, add bundles and cook for 2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.

6Turn bundles and cook another 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.

7Spread strawberry preserves on top or sift powdered sugar on top.
