- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 (8 oz.) cans drained water chestnuts
Directions

1Cut bacon in 4ths and wrap each piece around a water chestnut. Fasten with toothpick.

2Bake on rack at 400° for about 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

3Pour off grease; put roll-ups into baking dish.

4Mix catsup and sugar; pour over rolls and return to oven for about 10 more minutes.

5Makes about 50 and may be served hot or cold.
