- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Gouda cheese, grated
- cocktail rye bread
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels, then crumble. Mix bacon, mayonnaise and cheese together.

2Place mixture on cocktail rye bread.

3Heat until cheese is bubbly at 350°.
