- 1 (8 ounce) package bow-tie pasta
- 6 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup chopped basil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
