- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced bacon
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dark molasses
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Fry the bacon until crispy.

2Remove and cut into 1-inch pieces.

3Add onion, green pepper and celery to drippings.

4Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.

5Drain off grease.

6Add bacon and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
