  • 5 1/2 oz ground beef
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 2 oz bleu cheese
  • 1 brioche bun
  • 1 grilled onions
  • 1 grilled mushrooms
  • 1 mayonnaise

    Cook meat patty on charbroiled grill until juices start to rise then flip.

    Start cooking bacon in a pan until preferred crispness.

    I like my bacon a bit flimsy.

    Start to saute your onions and mushrooms in a pan until caramelized.

    Toast brioche bun then add mayonnaise on both top and bottom buns.

    Put bacon on bottom bun.

    Place bleu cheese on patty then place patty in the bacon pan and cover it.

    Remove lid when cheese is melted then place the patty on top of bacon.

    Add Carmalized mushrooms and onions.
