- 5 1/2 oz ground beef
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 oz bleu cheese
- 1 brioche bun
- 1 grilled onions
- 1 grilled mushrooms
- 1 mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook meat patty on charbroiled grill until juices start to rise then flip.

2Start cooking bacon in a pan until preferred crispness.

3I like my bacon a bit flimsy.

4Start to saute your onions and mushrooms in a pan until caramelized.

5Toast brioche bun then add mayonnaise on both top and bottom buns.

6Put bacon on bottom bun.

7Place bleu cheese on patty then place patty in the bacon pan and cover it.

8Remove lid when cheese is melted then place the patty on top of bacon.

9Add Carmalized mushrooms and onions.

10Enjoy.
