  • 1 (3/4 lb.) pkg. wafer thin bacon
  • 1 c. Sauterne
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 lb. chicken livers, cut in halves
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen potato bites

Directions

    Cut bacon slices in half; dip into mixture of Sauterne and soy sauce.

    Wrap around chicken livers and potato bites.

    Each appetizer should have a piece of liver and a potato bite with the bacon wrapped around.

    Thread on skewers or fasten each with a wooden pick.
