Bacon Bow Ties

  • 30 whole Multigrain Club Crackers
  • 1 pound Bacon, At Room Temperature
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Prepare a large rimmed baking pan by lining it with foil and then placing a wire baking rack on the foil.

    Or as an alternative you can use a broiler pan.

    Make sure the bacon is at room temperature, as it helps the brown sugar soak in better.

    Cut the bacon slices in half and stretch each piece around the middle of a cracker.

    Pack brown sugar all around the bacon so it is heavily coated.

    Place the bacon-wrapped crackers on the wire rack.

    Bake for 2 to 3 hours (Stephanie bakes for the full 3 hours).
