- 30 whole Multigrain Club Crackers
- 1 pound Bacon, At Room Temperature
- 2 cups Brown Sugar

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Prepare a large rimmed baking pan by lining it with foil and then placing a wire baking rack on the foil.

2Or as an alternative you can use a broiler pan.

3Make sure the bacon is at room temperature, as it helps the brown sugar soak in better.

4Cut the bacon slices in half and stretch each piece around the middle of a cracker.

5Pack brown sugar all around the bacon so it is heavily coated.

6Place the bacon-wrapped crackers on the wire rack.

7Bake for 2 to 3 hours (Stephanie bakes for the full 3 hours).
