Bacon Cake(For Breakfast)

  • 1 or 1 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt (if bacon is salty, don't use salt)

Directions

    Cut bacon up in pieces and fry out.

    Drain grease; place bacon in an oblong baking pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Pour over bacon pieces and bake until done in a 350° oven (about 25 to 30 minutes, depending on oven and size pan used).
