- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar and finely shredded Swiss)
- pie shell (frozen)
- 5 to 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 350°.

2Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese in pie shell and melt.

3Sprinkle bacon pieces and onion in pie shell.

4Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese over bacon and onion.

5In a separate bowl, mix whipping cream, eggs, dill, pepper and salt with a beater.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Then reduce heat to 325° and bake an additional 20 minutes until firm.
