Stuffed Giant Shells

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 18 giant shells
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown the meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until crumbly. Drain and cool.

2Stir in Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg.

3Cook shells until tender.

4Drain and stuff with meat mixture.

5Spoon 1/4 sauce over baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inches). Place filled shells in dish, side by side.

6Add water to remaining spaghetti sauce and pour over shells.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
