- 10 slices sandwich bread
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 10 slices bacon
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in sticks

1Pick asparagus as round as your finger.

2Partially cook asparagus in microwave until half done.

3Drain and run under cold water until cool.

4Roll in flour with salt and pepper.

5Dip in egg mixture of grated Romano cheese, 2 cloves of garlic and some parsley.

6Hold up and let egg run off.

7Dip in Italian bread crumbs.

8Fry in about 1/4-inch oil on medium heat until lightly brown and crunchy.

9Drain on paper towels and sprinkle grated Romano cheese over.

10Serve hot.
