Bacon Cheeseburger Biscuit Bake

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1-8oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1-2.8oz. pouch of bacon bits
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1-12oz. tube (10 biscuits) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits.

    2. Cook beef and bacon until beef is no longer pink. Drain.

    3. Stir in tomato sauce and ketchup.

    4. Put half the meat mixture into a greased square baking dish. Top with half the cheese, repeat layers.

    5. Place biscuits around the edges of the top layer. Cook in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Until biscuits are golden brown.
