  • 2 lb. stew meat (boneless chuck)
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • potatoes, cut in quarters lengthwise
  • carrots, cut in quarters lengthwise
  • onions, sliced
  • celery, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. V-8 juice

Directions

    Spread meat in flat pan.

    Work tapioca around meat.

    Add vegetables, salt and pepper.

    Pour juice over all.

    Cover tightly. Bake for 5 hours at 275°.
