  • 6 center-cut 30%-less fat bacon slices
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions (1 large)

Directions

    Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in pan; drain bacon.

    Add vinegar and next 4 ingredients to drippings in pan, stirring with a whisk. Remove pan from heat. Crumble bacon, and add to pan, stirring with a whisk.
