- 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Pickle Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- Salt And Ground Black Pepper
- 3 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp, Divided
- Paprika
Directions

1Peel hard boiled eggs under cold water.

2Carefully cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.

3Mash/stir together egg yolks, mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard and horseradish.

4Season with salt and pepper and stir.

5Break 2 slices of bacon into pieces and mix in.

6Taste mixture to see if any seasoning adjustment is needed.

7Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.

8Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with the remaining piece of bacon (broken into pieces).
